Rich in flavour.
Brown rice is a basic food of natural cuisine, its grain preserves the whole germ and the bran (husk) which together constitute the most nutritious parts of the rice.
In cooking, given its more intense flavor than the white type, combinations with other foods with a rather strong flavor are favored, not only meats and cheeses but also legumes and vegetables.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days and seasoned to taste.
Excellent for side dishes, soups and salads.
“The traditional stone husking process and meticulous selection allow us to boast “Extra Quality”, i.e. to have characteristics of tangible excellence since “Extra Quality” is a guarantee attributable only to products with defects lower than 1/3 of those expected From law.”
